Refund Policy

Overview

Plans change — we get it. This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, when you’re entitled to a refund, and how refunds are paid. It applies to all Bazinga Parties bookings made through our websites.

Your booking is with the Bazinga entity named in the Legal Notice of the site you booked on.

Rescheduling First

Before cancelling, consider moving the date. Every booking includes one free date change, subject to availability, when requested at least 48 hours before the event. Rescheduling keeps your full payment intact — it’s almost always the better deal.

One fair-play rule: if you cancel a booking that has already been rescheduled, your refund is calculated from the notice you gave before the original event date.

Cancellation Tiers

Cancellations take effect from the moment we receive them — by email, through your booking link, or by phone — not from when we reply.

We look at every cancellation individually. If your cancellation is caused by something genuinely beyond your control, tell us what happened — we can and do waive cancellation fees when it’s the right thing to do.

If We Can’t Deliver

If we can’t provide the entertainment you booked at the agreed date and time, you choose: a full refund (100%, including any fees) or a free rebooking. We’ll tell you as early as we possibly can if this happens. If an entertainer becomes unavailable, we’ll always try to send an equally great replacement first — that’s not a cancellation.

Illness and Emergencies

If the birthday kid is ill or a genuine emergency hits your family, contact us as early as you can. We’d rather move the party than cancel it, and where circumstances are truly beyond your control we’ll do our best to find a fair solution — including waiving fees where that’s the right call.

Weather

For outdoor events: weather is not grounds for a refund, but it is grounds for a free same-week reschedule or moving the party indoors. Talk to us — we do this all the time.

Corporate & Event Bookings

Multi-day events, corporate bookings and invoiced events follow the cancellation terms stated on your quote or contract, which take precedence over the tiers above. If your quote doesn’t state any, the tiers above apply to the total contract value.

How Refunds Are Paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method — card refunds via Stripe, bank payments by transfer
• We process refunds within 2–3 business days of your cancellation
• Card refunds typically take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank — that part is outside our control

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to bookings made after the change is posted — the policy in force when you booked is the one that applies to your booking.

Annex C — United States

The cancellation tiers above are the agreed terms of your booking. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your state. Chargebacks: if you dispute a charge with your card issuer for a booking covered by this policy, we will respond with the booking record and this policy.
