The Complete Party Package – All You Need

Looking for a white-glove service? The Complete Party is our VIP offering for Miami and includes all of our core party activities; balloon art to face-painting and party games. It’s implemented by 2 bubbly entertainers, runs for 90 minutes and is suitable for 12 children (but can be extended. See below.)

How it Happens

Showing up 10 minutes before your party-start-time, your 2 entertainers will get to know the Birthday child and discuss both the flow and the best location for the activities, with the host. Usually we’ll kick-off with both face-painting and balloon art, which is a nice way to get to know the kids and make a connection. Then, once everyone is painted, we’ll flow into the energetic “Game-time,” which typically includes; sack races, pass the parcel, musical bumps, musical statues, egg & spoon, limbo and some good ol’ fashioned tug of war.

The entertainers can cover up to 12 children in the time with the balloons and face-painting, so if you are thinking of inviting more, please add an additional 30 mins for each additional 6 children present.

For children ages 5 and under, we recommend the active party (with balloons and face-painting) as many of the game instructions are hard for younger children to follow.

What to Expect

Everything you need to throw the perfect kids party. Here’s exactly how it works from booking to the final goodbye.

  1. Book the Package Online

    Select balloon art in the booking form, choose your date and time, pick your payment type (invoice or card). We will check the details and send you a booking confirmation.

  2. We Arrive 15 Minutes Early

    Your entertainers arrive ahead of schedule to set up the music and equipment, say hello to the birthday child, and run through the entertainment plan with you.

  3. Let the Party Begin

    We generally start with 45 minutes of balloon art and face-painting simultaneously followed by our active kids party games run by both of the entertainers.

  4. We Pack Up and Go

    We pack up, clean up and leave the venue exactly as we found it. No mess, no fuss. Just a party full of happy kids and relaxed parents.

Games Program: Our Complete party includes all the classic kids’ games — musical statues, limbo, pass-the-parcel, parachute games, red light/green light, tug of war, sack races, egg and spoon relay and tail tag. On the day, your entertainers will pick the right mix based on the age group and the space available.
